Third Day

After breakfast, the day can begin with the exploration of Volterra, a medieval town half way between San Gimignano and the sea, known and appreciated for its beautiful Etruscan Museum and the production and crafting of alabaster.
Upon your return you can go for a walk in San Gimignano or visit Certaldo Alto, birthplace of Giovanni Boccaccio.
Once you’ve parked your car in the square in front of the Town Hall, you can take a cable car right to the heart of this very atmospheric medieval hamlet which will take you back in time... .
We recommend a little relaxation in our garden in the afternoon… after all, you’re on holiday !!!
